C&T was involved in this project up until the point of delivery and installation. This allowed them to provide design and project management services as well as procure the necessary food service equipment. The challenge presented with this project was that this coffee shop chain is constantly evolving its menu, meaning that its coffee and food service equipment needs are also changing rapidly. Since this is a multi-unit concept going into different spaces, each location needs to be designed with a consistent vibe in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
